Introduction to sewing machines

In this introductory workshop I will walk you through winding a bobbin, threading a needle, understanding how a machine works, answer your questions and share practical advice. Together we will undertake a beginner project requiring only a straight stich. This class will take approximately 2 hours. This is a skills based workshop and so the project may vary each time. Some possible projects we will explore include scrunchies, tote bags, pillowcases, pot plant holders and more.
